POST /api/v1/twitters/{username}/tracker/tweet/
Initiates the indexing of posts from a Twitter account. Once indexing is complete, the posts can be retrieved using GET /api/v1/twitters/{username}/tweets/.

- Username: The username of the account on x.com.
